Background: Cricket is a competitive, physically challenging game requiring wide range of attribute including explosive power strength agility speed and physical mental toughness. The study aimed to determine the prevalence posterior ankle impingement syndrome in fast bowlers after sprain. Methods: In this club level age group ranging from 18-25 years were considered. Selection subjects done as per inclusion exclusion criteria. Sample size for was 152. Purpose procedure explained subjects. Clinical test such anterior drawer Talar tilt performed diagnosed instability Subjects having atleast one positive further consider hyper plantarflexion confirmed syndrome. Results: 68% players are Conclusions: concludes that there high sprain involved cricket more than 3 years.
